We are in network with several insurance companies, such as UHC, Aetna, BCBS, etc. and in contract with The Lactation Network. Please contact us for further information. 

 If we happen to not be in network with your specific insurance plan or if you do not have insurance.  We still can schedule your appointment as a self paying patient. Payment plans / discounts available - please ask if needed!

Self Pay Rates:      

• Initial Office/Telehealth Visit  -  $200

• Follow Up Office/Telehealth Visit - $150

• Home Visit - $275

  • (travel fee is included up to 20miles from Dyer, IN)

    • travel fees for home visits using insurance applies
